Answers in the online Q&A are generated automatically by an AI model from the public information on this site. They are for reference; an adviser’s reply takes precedence. Please do not send identity numbers or other sensitive details in the Q&A.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries are kept in an encrypted cloud database that only authorised staff can access. To see or delete your information, contact us through the enquiry form.

Under 18s

If you are under 18, please submit your details with a parent’s knowledge.
