Research Focus

Digital transition, digital processing visualization, business systems, information systems, ICT higher education and mobile health. Appropriate background for students: information management and information systems, computer science, data science, software engineering, business, management, economics, industrial engineering, system engineering. 2. School arrangements: full-time doctoral degree 3 to 4 years. Each year, 1-2 people are enrolled.

Entry Requirements

  1. master’s degree or equivalent in honour, first or second degree, in relevant disciplines, GPA 3.3 and above.
  2. At least two relevant papers were published.
  3. IELTS score 6.5, (which is not less than 6.0 for writing, other not required).
  4. TOEFL total score 79-93 (not less than 21 for writing, none required).
  5. The acquisition of an degree from an English-speaking country is exempt from language achievement.

Application Period

  • The applicant submits a curriculum vitae in English and a study plan, which will allow for a preliminary assessment.
  • Private interviews with potential mentors will be invited through the initial screening.
  • Interviews are successful and applications are formally submitted through the network of officials.
  • The shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the College Admission Board.
